The Parkroyal Parramatta project involved the construction of a new tower building as an extension of the hotel, as well as replacing all air handling units throughout the existing hotel (excluding guest rooms). The Parkroyal Hotel was in full operation throughout the duration of the project and the Airfast team were required to ensure the building’s HVAC services were uninterrupted while replacing chillers throughout the hotel, and removing existing HVAC equipment from the plantroom.
