ARV The Ponds Residential Aged Care Facility in Sydney’s Hills district, was completed in January 2017 as a new residential aged care facility that comprises of 104 beds spread across 8 wings. Airfast was engaged to provide various HVAC services to the facility, including air conditioning systems, exhaust systems and smoke and fire dampers. In order to meet the project’s tight deadline, the site was divided into two different zones so that work crews could work concurrently to meet each milestone. This required the Airfast team to be extra vigilant in meeting strict on-site safety policies.
